The Hotel Costa Los Gigantes Hotel occupies a stunning hillside position above the famous Playa la Arena beach and overlooking the ocean . Everything about this hotel is impressive. The list of facilities is astonishing and includes 7 swimming pools, numerous bars and restaurant and a superb spa. The children will be delighted; they even have Temping Bowling and a Cinema. The customer service is excellent and the entertainment is second to none (check out the amazing reviews)

Rooms are all Junior Suites with a maximum capacity of 4 persons + cot. They have 2 rooms with bedroom and lounge which converts to the second bedroom and a choice of King Size double or twin beds. Both rooms come with 32" LCD flat screen TV's with Satellite TV. All have full bathrooms, safety deposit box (free of charge), telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, and an AI mini-bar (refilled daily with water, beer & soft drinks), terrace or balcony.

Full Buffet Breakfast with a choice of fruit juice, tea and coffee.
Early Breakfast.- We can serve you Continental Breakfast in the Restaurant from 05.00 to 7.30. Please inform Reception before 19.00 hours on the previous day.

Lunch
13.00 – 15.30: Bar-Restaurant La Palapa
Buffet lunch or light meals from our Snack Menu. (Some days the buffet lunch may take place in the main restaurant).

Dinner
19.00 – 22.00: The “Teide” and “Chinyero” Restaurants – Main building (2nd floor)
Buffet dinner with white, rosé and red wine, sangria, beer, soft drinks and still or fizzy water.
Specialities a la Carte- During your stay, depending on how many days you are staying, a number of A la Carte dinners from any of the three Specialty alternatives (Meat, Fish and Italian) are included: three dinners for every booking for seven nights, and two dinners for every five nights’ stay. To make use of this service you will have to check availability with Reception, 24 hours in advance.

Dress Code - Gentlemen are kindly requested not to wear shorts or vests for dinner, and to avoid sandals.

Picnic - Please book your picnic-lunch at Reception, before 19.00 the day before. Not available, if requested for the day of departure.

Meals at other Spring hotel .- If you wish, you can one day have your meal at another hotel in our Group. Please get voucher from Reception on the previous day. (Limited availability) In the other hotels, drinks are not included,

Bars in the Pool Area

The “Trebolino” Snack Bar, is open from 10.00 to 18.00 and offers various beverages such as beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee, infusions, juices, iced drinks and ice creams as well as simple and mixed salads, a variety of sandwiches, pizzas, hot dogs, hamburgers and other appetising snacks.
The “Delfín” (Dolphin) Pool Bar, open from 10.00 to 18.00, is situated near the swimming pools and offers soft drinks, beer, juice, iced drinks and ice creams.
For safety reasons all drinks are served in plastic glasses, to avoid possible accidents, and non-plastic glasses may not be taken out of the main building.


Bars in the Main Building

Bar “Habana”.- Open from 11.00 to 07.00 and situated in the main building, this Bar is open to smokers, offering local and international beverages all night, as well as sandwiches from 22.00 to 07.00.

Bar “Tenerife”.– Open from 11.00 to 07.00, it is situated next to the “Habana” Bar and caters to non-smokers, offering local and international beverages, as well as sandwiches from 22.00 to 07.00.

Lounge Bar “Santiago” – Open from 18.00 and situated between the Tenerife Bar and the Chattanooga Music Hall, this Bar is occasionally opened, serving local and international drinks.

Music Hall Chattanooga – Open from 20.30 to midnight, this discotheque offers international and professional shows every night.

Our beverage service (water, beer and soft drinks) offers its products in the form of self service in all the various beverage dispensers and bars.

BEVERAGE SERVICES
Soft drinks, water and beer are available 24 hours in the different bars and beverage dispensers.

The various alcoholic beverages included on the All-included list are free of charge in the various bars and restaurants.

Alcoholic drinks covered by the All-inclusive programme are not served after 11 p.m. However, by signing a credit receipt (automatically charged to your account), alcoholic beverages are available at the Bar, all night from that moment until 7 a.m.

The food and drink included in the All Inclusive programme is clearly marked (in red) on all menus and bar price lists. If you would like anything outside the All-inclusive list you must pay the full price.

We wish to emphasise the fact that parents will be responsible for the control of their under-age children (less than 18 years old), who are forbidden by law to consume alcoholic beverages.

CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES
10.00-13.00 and 15.00-17.00: in the Mini Club and/or the Children’s playground.

Fun, games and competitions for children from 4 to 12 years, supervised by qualified staff.

20.30 – 22.30: Entertainment for children every evening in the Mini Movie Theatre and/or the Mini Disco.

ENTERTAINMENT FOR GROWN-UPS
The daily programme organized by our entertainment team offers a wide range activities, sports and games. In the evening the entertainment includes international dance shows, circus or cabaret, live music and modern music in the discothèque “Chattanooga”.

LEISURE CENTRE
The modern amusement arcade equipped with a great variety of digital games, billiards, bowling (bowling alleys for both adults and children) and other state of the art attractions for adults as well as for children, is situated on the second floor of the main building. A fee is charged for the use of these games and machines.

SPORTS
Sports included: Tennis, Chess, Mini golf, Table tennis, Volleyball, Jogging Circuit, Shooting, Archery, Basket ball, Water polo, French bowls.

SWIMMING-POOLS
10.00-18.00 (with a life guard on duty)

7 fresh water pools: 3 for adults ((2 heated in winter), 1 for children, with a water slide, 2 for infants and one covered pool with Jacuzzi (SPA)

Sun beds, sun-umbrellas and towels free of charge (Reception will give you a ticket for one sun-towel per person; a deposit of 12 euros per towel is charged to your account - and later refunded when you return the ticket to Reception.) At the solarium of the pool area you can exchange your wet towel for a dry one, once daily.
